According to the Bible, marriage is God’s design and yet it takes two imperfect people to make this perfect design work. Marriage is hard…supporting marriage doesn’t have to be. It has been stated that many churches spend 90% of their time and resources on couple in crisis and 10% on the rest of the couples who aren’t in a crisis. What if we flipped this ratio? What if we spent 10% of our time pointing couples in crisis to professionals and trained mentors/counselors and 90% of our time in proactive marriage ministry? With this in mind, Peace Church is announcing in 2023;

3•2•1 Date

3•2•1 Date is a 6 month initiative in which traditional married couples sign-up (scroll down to sign up) to be a part of dating adventures from April to September.

This is how it works:

Each couple will have 6 months to complete the initiative:

3 SINGLE DATES

• A time for you and your spouse to enjoy time alone with our creative ideas we will provide through videos.

2 DOUBLE DATES

• A time to join in with other couples to have fun together and develop accountability friendships that will help strengthen each others marriages.

1 OVERNIGHT GETAWAY  (This can be done anytime during the 6 months)

• A time for you and your spouse to get away alone and spend time together while also talking through ways to make your marriage even better.

When you complete these dating adventures, you will submit photos as proof that you and your spouse completed the dates.

WAYS TO SUBMIT PHOTOS:

  • Post photos on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter along with the tag #321date.

Also, you can download and print off a 3•2•1 Date report card to hang on the fridge, on a mirror, in your office, or anywhere to help track your progress.
